After moving into our home, we discovered the well had serious water supply issues. Through the evaluation by Yadkin Well Company, we later learned that the previous pump had apparently burned up due to lack of water flow. It also appeared that a second pump had been installed above the failed pump, along with a pump saver, none of which we were aware of when we purchased the home.

The team at Yadkin Well took the time to carefully evaluate the situation and clearly explain what they were seeing. Their knowledge and transparency gave us confidence that we were finally getting a clear understanding of the well system.

Just when we were ready to give up, Matthew refused to quit. He offered to continue drilling at his own expense to see if additional water could be located. Because of his persistence, they ultimately located a strong water source producing about 25 gallons per minute.
